DO YOU NEED A WEDDING PLANNER?

If you’re asking the question, then you just might.

Not all wedding planners are Martin Short from “Father of the Bride.”  You are hiring an ally to help you get exactly what you want, within your budget, and with as little stress to you and yours as possible.

Above all else, I’m at your service to make sure that your wedding represents you.  I frequently tell couples to think of me as a “midwife” – it’s not my baby, but I’m there to make sure things go to plan and to troubleshoot problems if they arise.

My basic pricing information is here on this page to make your life easier.  Sometimes I think this puts me at a disadvantage because I don’t force you to contact me to get information, but you’re a couple planning a wedding – how much free time do you really have?  But I’d still love to meet you and learn all about your wedding day, so contact me and we’ll set up a time.

FULL SERVICE PLANNING PLUS DECOR – starting at $4200 
This includes everything you see listed below in Full Service Planning, plus:

  • Labor for the creation of non-floral decor
  • Linen and prop rentals
  • May include escort cards/seating chart, wedding signage, favor display, guestbook, ring pillow, customized installations, and non-floral centerpieces/bouquets/boutonnieres
  • Collaboration with florist and/or stationery designers to create one cohesive wedding design

FULL SERVICE PLANNING – Starting at $3800

Soup-to-nuts, I will assist you in finding your venue and all your vendors.  I will consult on decor and etiquette, schedule your meetings, and seal your envelopes.  Plus I will be there on the day of your wedding to make sure everything runs smoothly.

This package includes:

  • Unlimited phone and email communication
  • Providing multiple vendor recommendations for all vendors needed
  • In person meeting time, including attendance at your catering tasting
  • Advice on wedding etiquette, traditions, and creating new traditions to make the wedding day as personal and intimate as possible
  • Design consultation for theme, color, style, and decor
  • Arranging transportation and accommodations for out of town guests
  • Creating and sharing customized documents with you to help manage budget, guest list, and planning calendar
  • Scheduling vendor appointments on behalf of the couple
  • Liaising with vendors to create and distribute a detailed wedding day timeline including all details, floor plans, vendor information, load-in times, and minute by minute wedding day activities
  • Giving recommendations regarding a rain plan for any outdoor events
  • Some errand assistance (stuffing and stamping invitation envelopes, picking up your shoes at the cobbler – whatever you need)
  • 2 hours of rehearsal and rehearsal dinner supervision
  • 10-12 hours onsite on the day of the wedding
  • Full access to items in the “Wedding Day Emergency Kit”
  • Providing a trained wedding day assistant on the day of the wedding

BARE NECESSITIES COORDINATION – $1950

One month from your wedding date, I will take over for you so you can relax and I can make sure nothing falls through the cracks.  This is a DIY lifesaver.  On the day of your wedding, I will be there to make sure everything runs smoothly.

This package includes:

  • Unlimited phone and email communication
  • Liaising with vendors to create and distribute a detailed wedding day timeline including all details, floor plans, vendor information, load-in times, and minute by minute wedding day activities
  • Up to 2 hours of rehearsal and rehearsal dinner supervision
  • 10-12 hours onsite on the day of the wedding
  • Full access to items in the “Wedding Day Emergency Kit”
  • Providing a trained wedding day assistant on the day of the wedding

This represents the range of pricing options I offer and I regularly customize proposals based on the unique needs of my clients.  It’s a painless (and complimentary) process that involves letting me buy you coffee and telling me about yourself for an hour.  I look forward to getting to know you soon!

Not a problem!  Through the power of awesome, modern technology, I can help you plan your wedding from across the globe.  I have been “around” (by my last count 3 continents, 10 countries, 21 United States, one unincorporated territory, and the District of Columbia) so I’m ready and willing to go wherever you desire.  A customized proposal can be created just like my local clients with very modest travel and accommodation costs.

Sometimes you don’t realize you need help until the very end! If we still have the date available, we offer our Bare Necessities Coordination at a discounted rate if booked within 2 months of your wedding day. Contact me to inquire!
