Wedding Bucket List
I have been planning weddings now for going on 6 years. I have planned over 50 weddings in dozens of venues. I have planned weddings for friends, and I’ve planned weddings for complete strangers who have turned into friends. I’ve planned weddings for doctors, lawyers, artists, PhDs, and at least one rock flautist.
With all the weddings I’ve worked on, there are still a few items left on my wedding “bucket list.” (If you are planning a wedding that includes any of these items, I might even be persuaded to institute a “Bucket List” discount!)
Natalie’s Wedding Planning Bucket List
A tropical destination wedding
A European destination wedding
A wedding south of the Mason-Dixon line or west of the Mississippi
A wedding at a concert venue (like the TLA, Electric Factory, Troc)
A wedding at Citizens Bank Park or Lincoln Financial Field
A wedding at the Please Touch Museum
A wedding at the Philadelphia Museum of Art
A wedding on a boat
A full-blown, no holds barred THEME wedding (Bucket list themes include: Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Marvel, DC Comics, Adventure Time, The Neverending Story, Labyrinth, Narnia, Star Trek, Star Wars, Doctor Who, Tim Burton, D&D, the Renaissance, circus/carnival, and time travel)
A Halloween/Costume wedding
A New Years Eve wedding
A wedding where Bruce Springsteen is a guest*
