Hi folks! I’m Natalie.

Eight years ago I started an adventure planning nontraditional weddings for literally the best clients and I haven’t looked back. I’ve done weddings indoors, outdoors, in Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, all over Pennsylvania, in museums, backyards, mansions, barns, warehouses, tents, ballrooms, and on a couple memorable occasions in the woods. I love weddings that express the individuality of the couple getting married, that have a healthy sense of humor, and above all are centered on love. I love working with couples who want to throw a killer party for their friends and family, and who also can’t wait to start their married lives together because, after all, that’s the whole reason for this crazy party to begin with!

As a planner, I value being prepared. Maybe it’s because I used to be a Girl Scout; even more likely it’s because I started my career as a stage manager. When there are 100 paying audience members expecting to laugh, cry, and applaud on cue, it takes a certain set of skills to get the lights up, calm the actors’ nerves, and fix the last minute problems before anyone notices they even happened. As the saying goes, “The show must go on.”

I am joined by my Associate Planner, Dina Steiner. Like me, Dina started out as a stage manager and has worked with me side-by-side on countless weddings. She also coordinated my own wedding, granting her the highest Natalie Diener Weddings stamp of approval!

When I’m not working (it’s been known to happen!), I’m usually fixing up my fixer upper in South Philly, binge watching The West Wing for the hundredth time, or hanging out with my husband, daughter, and rescue beagle, Pluto Napolean. And when I can spare the time and money, I’m on a plane, train, or automobile to my next travel destination (by my last count I’ve been to 3 continents, 11 countries, 21 United States, one unincorporated territory, and the District of Columbia). Just a few more to go.
